Shipping policy

(1) Delivery is made within Germany and to the EU.

(2) The delivery time for in-stock items is 3-10 working days for Germany and EU countries. We provide detailed information on any different delivery times for individual items on the respective product page.

(3) For goods that are not in stock and are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the delivery time is usually 10 to 15 days. This shipment is mainly done via courier services such as UPS and FedEx. The buyer can easily track the progress of the shipment via the website 17track.net.

(4) The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and depend on the weight of the ordered goods and the selected shipping method.

(5) Age verification upon delivery: The supplier is obliged to ensure that the age of the recipient is verified by the delivery service upon delivery of the goods. The delivery service may only hand over the goods to persons who have reached the legal age and can prove this by presenting a valid ID document.

(6) The seller is responsible for customs clearance and any applicable customs fees. These costs are included in the shipping costs.
