Order process and delivery

Below you will find a detailed description of the ordering process you will go through when ordering a custom or pre-made doll through our store.

Ordering process for a pre-made doll:

1. Choosing your doll

  • Choose your desired doll from the available collection.
  • Click on the button "Add to cart".
  • You can then view your shopping cart using the shopping cart symbol at the top left.
  • Review the selected items and click "Checkout".

2. Checkout & Payment

  • Enter your shipping details and contact information.
  • Please note that delivery costs for shipments to the EU as well as any customs fees are already included in the price.
  • Choose your preferred payment method. We accept a variety of payment options including PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, and more.

3. Order confirmation

  • After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please check the email for the details of your order. Also check your SPAM folder if you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox.

4. Your doll is ready for shipping

  • We will send you photos of your doll before shipping.
  • Please make sure that the doll is free of defects and confirm release for shipping.

5. Shipping confirmation

  • Confirm your doll photos and approve shipping.
  • You will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days after confirmation.

  • The delivery time for items in stock is 3-10 working days for Germany and EU countries. We provide detailed information on any differing delivery times for individual items on the respective product page.

    For goods that are not in stock and are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the delivery time is usually 10 to 15 days. This shipment is mainly carried out by courier services such as UPS and FedEx. The buyer can easily track the progress of the shipment through the 17track.net website.

6. Track your shipment

  • Monitor the status of your delivery with the tracking number provided.
  • If you need a more accurate status update or would like to arrange a special delivery date, please contact the shipping company.

7. Delivery

  • Be sure to keep the box flat when unpacking and handle your doll with care.
  • Please note the information on use and care provided under "Advice" on our website.
  • Enjoy your doll and feel free to leave us a review.

Important instructions

  • Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless the seal on the goods has been removed. For health or hygiene reasons, the right of return expires as soon as the packaging has been opened.
  • Warranty: If defects are already present upon delivery, you have the legal right to subsequent performance.
